Competence of Call Centre Strikes Again

Claim Sumbitted to be paid to memeber 2013/04/13. Follow up done to Bonnitas on the 5May2013. Only to be told they need an account for the refunds to be paid. the one that the debit order goes through is not sufficient. proof of banking details and id was requested. this detail was forwarded on the 07/05/2013. they said it will take 5 days for the change of banking details to be effeected. followed up on the 13/05/2013 and the response is "eish mam i dont know wats happening" then i called on the 14/05/2013 only to be told then now need an affidavit from the principle member to effect the change. an email to effect the change was sent by the principle member was sent to allow the account for the refund to be updated. Strangely enough when the debit order was changed the principle memebr had not given any affidavit. This account debit order is paid by one of the dependentsand on previous ocassion the debit order wasnt even done by any of the member and then no affidavit was requested. I am now not waiting 5 days for the bank change and then payment. i want this payment done immediate.
