Checked in at 10:00am at OR Tumbo Hotel after being in the States for a month. Went to receiption to find out about dinner and a tour. When I got back to my room my Dollars had been taken out of my luggage, ... the cash i was going to use to pay for my tour. I advised the hotel about the which they handled internally unsuccessfully I may add. The Hotel Manger Nicolette advised they have check the hotel footage and the know who turned down the room, but they could find the cash, Sorry!! I then made a case with the local police department and that was that. I woke up the next morning excited for my tour only to be welcomed with unhelpful and rude staff. The Manager did not even book the tour and she miss-informed me about the cost. I had to spend the rest of the day in my hotel room.
