Delivery done to late and false information given

I placed an order with Mr First Aid Monday 6 May 2013, and as I needed the equipment for the course the following Monday 13 May 2013, I made a point of confirming when I would receive the delivery before paying for the order.
When the sales person confirmed my delivery would arrive on Thursday 9 May 2013, I still made sure the payment was done on Monday 6 May as not to have a late delivery.
On Thursday 9 May late afternoon my delivery had still not arrived so first thing Friday 10 May the morning I contacted the sales person at Mr First Aid, who then assured me the order was collected by the courier on Thursday afternoon and would be delivered on Friday 10 May in the afternoon. I made approximately 4 calls to them including one where I then spoke to one of the managers who then finally gave me a tracking number. I called the courier company and they told me this number doesn't exist, it was a Mr First Aid label, but was not yet allocated by them to a package. When tracking this parcel on Friday evening I found out it was only given to the courier company on Friday afternoon and not Thursday as I was told several times. It is now Tuesday 14 May & its still not been delivered!!!
