I am so tired of Discovery Health's lack of professionalism. I recently moved jobs and my ex-employer sent the request for my medical aid to be transferred to my personal capacity, effective 01/03/2013. Discovery CANCELLED it instead. I found this out on 13/04/2013, after having to pay for a hospital visit as I had no medical aid. I was called on 15/04/2013 and assured that all would be reverted as it was a mistake. This weekend I paid FULL PRICE for movie tickets and yesterday I was told by my gym that my vitality has been CANCELLED. I have been with Discovery for over 10 years and their unprofessional attitude never ceases to amaze me. My full premium came off my bank account, but I have no vitality, who knows what else I don't have? I'm utterly disgusted and will advise anyone I can to leave Discovery and find ANY other medical aid available. Then call centre agents give my representatives attitude saying that I must call in personally!!! Why must I always clean up Discovery's mess???
