I have been going to this Medi Park for about 3 years now. Just about every attendance/visit to this place was an unpleasant experience. This is mainly due to the attitude from the staff at Reception and in the Pharmacy. Unfriendly and rude is the easiest way to put it!!
I hate to bring the race aspect into it but the place only has white staff in the reception and pharmacy. One cant help but wonder if this place is still stuck in the old regime. Sitting in the waiting area and watching how people from different backgrounds get treated stands testament to how i feel.
I seriously wish the Doctors will stand up and do something about this or is it a case of they are making far too much of money off us to really care!!
