I have been struggling to get Discovery Health to assist me with the process for adding an adopted baby to my medical aid since 8 March 2013. To date there have been over 20 emails going back and forth, surely someone has noticed that my query is not being resolved and needs to step in.
I want someone who deals with the adoption process and is knowledgeable in this area to call me and tell me what to do and at which point to do it. Why does every touchpoint give me the run around on email?

I need to re-assured that when my baby is born on 23 May (yes -- next week!!) that my medical aid will cover all the hospital costs. It was a struggle to get the Vitality welcome pack - and now this.
I was told to send through the affidavit from the socail working and one from myself confirming the adoption, and when the baby is born to send through the application to register a newborn with the birth certificate. I have done what I was asked to do -- and today I am told that (by e-mai) i need to send EVERTHING once the baby is born.
Can someone from Discovery call me and give me peace of mind?
