Really my Bank Med is still not sorted out I even got a name to contact, the first time I spoke to them was about the authorisation number when the doctor contacted me again advising me that the bill was still outstanding I contact Bank med can you believe this now only they tell me that the invoice is wrong why must I get back to them time and time again I gave them the doctors Practise number and they referred me in the first place to doctor because he was on the care cross list.
The next thing the only tell me now that the claim was process through my specialist option and I told them more than one time that they referred me and the care cross doctor referred me for the mammogram. "AS PER MY OPTION AND MY AGE I GET ONE MAMOGRAM PAID BY MY MEDICAL AID DUE TO MY AGE" and that I pay the same premium as the bank Manager that earns 2x more than me just because both earn > R10k. Why do we have to stay with Bank med I really don't know I would like to know how other Bank member feel about Bank Med will precede this on Face Book? h
Worse medical aid ever.
Please do not call me untill this is sorted out. Or Carter Blanch one on one
