Specsavers does not pay back money they owe

In January 2013 I went to specsavers Centurion to see an optometrist. Like I suspected I had to get glasses. They phoned the medical aid to find out how much they will cover and they told us what the budget was. So I chose glasses accordingly. When I went to fetch the glasses (which also took longer than 2 whole weeks - the time they said it would take), they told me I had a co-payment of R360 for the anti-glare. They could not print me an invoice to state what this R360 was for though. So I paid the money and asked them for an invoice. Then the lady who helped me said that I would be able to get a refund should medical aid cover this R360. After receiving my medical aid statement at the end of Feb, I saw they had covered the total bill for the glasses. I then went back to Specsavers to get a refund. I filled out a form, giving them my banking details (a virgin money credit card) of the card I made the payment with. Today, 2 months later, I still have not received the refunded money. I have had numerous conversations with specsavers on this. They blamed it on the bank (virgin money). The bank told me they could not find a lost payment to my account from specsavers though.
