Trish Kennedy at Zest Properties was the contact to book this place, and we had to call her 3 times to get photos of the accommodation, she just could not get the email address right. When we got there, it was freezing cold and there was no extra blankets and no matches, no kindling and no paper to get the fire heater going. No other heater or extra blankets. The front door blinds are see-through (the bed and bedroom is right behind that) so everyone can see in when the light is on, nevermind that the cottage is right on the main road! The shower leaks, dripping tap, dirty toilet and the towels were dirty from previous guests. You can get much better accommodation for same price, just shop around! When we called the next day to alert them to the above, the attitude was terrible- not one apology or any form of compensation.
