I purchased an 88 piece Eetrite cutlery set from Groupon SA in March. The wooden canteen it came in is damaged. I contacted Eetrite (New Wechsler) on 14 March to assist me with replacing it. Eventually after numerous (5) follow ups from me, they sent a replacement on 18 April. Not only is it the wrong size canteen, but it is also damaged! I contacted them immediately and after 4 follow ups, today I receive this reply from Johanna Armstrong: "As per my manager we cant replace the canteen, you bought it from group on".
If the replacement request comes from me or Groupon - the product still needs to be replaced regardless.
I paid R1599 for this item, thats a lot of money and I expect a new 88 piece canteen as a replacement.
