Please see my e-mail below, send to Teljoy on 2017/11/20. I even spoke to the Manager, without satisfactory results and I am still waiting for him (Ntokozo Nhlapo) to provide feedback. I am NOT under debt review and they simply refuse to grant approval for a lounge suite, due to the fact that they imply that I am under debt review. My account 160011460 is NOT in arrears, although I do have 9 appliances still active on my account. My account is being paid on a monthly basis by my life partner via EFT on the 25th of each month. Why is it possible that they refuse to provide feedback to me? I've been a customer for Teljoy for 4 years now and I never ever had a problem before by adding appliances to my account. At one stage I had 13 active appliances to my account. Now that they imply that I am under Debt Review, I will need prove which states just that

Attached for your information is a copy of a clearance Certificate stating that I am NOT under Debt review, and a credit report for myself.
My debt review had ended in 2012, and I have had an account with your company for almost 4 years and have never had any problems making payments, and all of a sudden, the only answer I get back from you is that I am under debt review. If this reflects on my ITC profile please be so kind as to send me a copy where it states that I am under debt review. In January when I bought a fridge/freezer from Teljoy there were no problems, I simply can’t understand that this is happening to me.
My life partner and I have been together from 2006 and I know for a fact she is under debt review.
The account is in my name C H HUMAN 650218 0183 088 and she is J J BOTHA 650606 0020 088 makes the payments via EFT from her bank account on the 25th of every month, on her bank statements you can clearly see that she pays the account with Teljoy and the payment for debt review also reflects on her bank statement.
Please be so kind as to bring this information to the attention of the office that is doing the ITC check on my name and

I have always been a happy client of Teljoy, and have always paid my account on time, so I actually have a good payment record with your company.
