Hi my name is Hazel I place my order at 8:05 at nandos glenwood. Person who took my order told me my oder will be ready at 9:05 which I was fine with that waiting period. The driver did not come at that time. I called the store 4times to confirm my order the cashier laughing in background poor service, cashier never took me seriously. Cashier even pretended to be a Manager which I didn't understand decided to give the Manager the call because she couldn't answer my question talking in Zulu busy putting me on hold to talk to her friend. I am so upset with the service, I waited so long for my family to eat 3HOURS TO EAT WOW, food only arrived at 10:50 can you imagine. I WILL STRESS THIS MATTER UNTIL I AM HEARD WOW GLENWOOD NANDOS VERY POOR POOR SERVICE I SHALL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.
