This past weekend wwe spend the night at swellengrebel hotel on the 28th November at pass 14.00 myself and my partner walked across to OK to get something light to nibble before supper.
It was to our suprise that when we got back to the hotel with the BLUE CHEESE we purchased at OK was rotten and smelt horrible. Leaving me feeling really sick.
we walkd back to the shop advisedthe cashier that the cheese was old she called a gentle man who did not even apologise just took the cheese gave us a dirty look and walked away.
The cashier did not apologise either and just asked if we will be taking something els.
This is really poor customer service and selling rotten cheese to clients is not acceptable!
You can be assured that we will never put our foots in any OK store ever again. As this is not the first time this has happened. A very close relative of mine also purchased cheese at OK in Highbury and once again the cheese was rotten and slimey.
This is the worst experiance ever and I will surely tell everyone to never ever shopping at any OK stores again!
