Bad, no wait... NO service and still a fridge!

On 29 Jan 2013 I bought a brand new fridge model no RL48RWCIH. From the start the door made a squeaking noise. A month after my purchase I phoned the store to complain and I asked for a technician to come look at it. The first technician, yes I said first, came to my house, took off the door and asked me for oil or something to lubricate the door with! But it remained the same. He said he will file a report and will take it form there. NOTHING HAPPENED. I had to phone! A seconded technician came out, took the door off, again used some oil (his own) and yet no change in the squeak. Again I heard nothing for days on end until I received a sms on my phone to state that a new fridge door will cost me R825 REF4131653566. WHAT?! I phoned and the person on the other end explained that the invoice is for my account because the door is dented. My fridge is just over one month old!! according to the technician, my door is dented?? Okay this was sorted and my new door is on its way... this was like 4 weeks ago!!! And in the meantime there is another strange sound coming from the back of the fridge. This sound is not constant but for a brand new fridge it should not exist!!!
