I bought a 46 inch LED Samsung TV in January 2011. I was so excited at the purchase of this brand.

Fast Forward to April 2013. The TV developed a fault. One half of the TV was Blurry/bad picture quality.

I took it to the service centre just off 14th Avenue in Roodeport. 2 days later i got a report which sai that the LCD panels are faulty. "Unfortunately the spares for this unit have been discontinued and will no longer be available. The unit is being returned not repaired.
You can imagine the thought of reading this. I spent R12 000 on this brand name TV and i have been told that nothing can be done.
I am a very dissatisfied customer. i do not know what to do now
