Leaving Customer in the dark

On the 9th of april i took my Samsung galaxy into T.M electronics to get fixed as they are accredited samsung service centre. I was told that it should take about a week to take a look at the phone and to see what was wrong with it and then order part to fix anything that was wrong with the phone. I Phoned on Thurs the 11th to just check up on what was wrong with my phone, i was told no we just waiting for the spare parts to arrive. The following Tues i phoned to ask if my phone would be ready and was told by the technician that he would contact me on Friday or sat to tell me when my phone was fixed, that never occured. On Mon the 22nd i called and got told no my phone will be fixed and would phone me to let me know when i could pick up my phone, that also didn't occur. I then phones Tues morning to ask if i could pick up my phone and was told not sorry we are still waiting for your spare parts to arrive and the phone would be ready on friday. I phoned today thurs 25 April and was told no sorry the spare parts haven't arrived yet and we don't know when your phone will be ready. I have been stuffed around for two weeks now by staff at T.M electronic, Shocking customer service.
