So in 2012 i bought an s2 few months later i dropped it on a carpet they did reply but needed to take the phone to a service centre closest one in menlyn went there the shop had closed and then the next one was in the kolonade that shop had closed too.

so i left it but now months later my battery has swollen up and the charger port is loose now my phone goes off every 5 min. i went to the samsung shop in brooklyn there is a waiting list for the battery there are 45 people waiting and apparently the closest service centre is boksburg.

my whole family has samsung phones no one has any of these have problems except mine and all three s2 phones are the same age. i need this to be resolved
