I have taken out a contract laptop, obviously a samusung one. I then called into the call centre to advise them that its only been a month and the laptop now longer wants to work? They told me that if I did not buy it at incredible connection they cannot do anything???.. A samsung product to me is a samsung product!!!.. I hate this network and have spoken to all my friends, family and work partner about never buying anything with SAMSUNG name on it, and they all agree to have issue with him. I will be taking this matter further as this is just disgusting and I cannot believe it. Without customers they are nothing. The person I spoke to in the call centre was rude and of no help what so ever, this is just pathetic. Worst service ever and worst company ever.
