I bought a Samsung 40' Led tv from P & G Digital Zone. The tv started giving me troubles and p & g sent it back to samsung for a warranty repair or swop out. It has been 3 weeks now and samsung cannot give p & g a answer about whats happening with my tv. After 3 weeks i still do not know if my tv is being repaired or has even been looked at. I have been a samsung fan for a very long time but this type of service has put me off from buying a samsung product ever again.
