Bad service, no reporting back & returning of calls

At the beginning of Feb 2013 our SpeedQueen washing machine started to break. We reported this to Mastercare on or about 5/02/13. A week later Mastercare came to look at the machine and said the motor is packing up and needs to be replaced. He said he will order the part and will collect the machine and repair it. 2 Weeks later we phoned them to find out if they have received the motor, but I was told there is nothing on the system, that the part was never ordered. Approx 2 days later they collected the machine to be repaired and after a week they returned the machine to us. When we used the machine, we noticed that the whole drum shifts to the right. We opened to front panel and found some sort of brake lying at the bottom of the machine and also wires not connected. I phoned Mastercare and reported this and Mophu came out on Sat 16/03/13 to take a look at the machine. He said that the springs are worn out, the brake was not fitted properly and the wires are not suppose to hang out. He confirmed that the machine is not properly prepared. He said he will report the faults, order the parts and get them out asap to do the repairs. 2 Weeks later and I have not heard from Mophu.
