Faulty machine replaced with another faulty one

I initially bought a Samsung 13 kg machine from game, it had faults and it could not be repaired.
I was adviced by samsung to go and claim a credit and game will provide me with a new one.
It took forever for the machine to be delivered and game n samsung kept making endless empty promises.
The machine was finally delivered in February, however its also faulty, the butten for start and programms do no work.

I contacted the store and they said they will send technicians from samsung to come and look at it, so far the "technicians" made appointments twice and they never piched or send a massage to say that they wont make it, and in all those days i had to take leave and wait for them.

I do not understand how you can replace a faulty machine with another faulty one, i gues this goes to sure how much you value your customers.
I am highly disappointed in your service.
