Bought an Iphone yesterday at Vodacom World. Having problems to activate nano SIM on 082 111 with Vodacom. Called iStore number 010 003 1036 listed on the statement and got through to an iStore call centre.
Lerato very abrupt on phone. Speaking in a rude & annoyed tone. Did not want to give out direct stiore number. Promised that store would call back in 5 minutes or less to help with query.
Of course following her behavior I doubt there will be a call back. it has already been 20 minutes.
If she does not want to work in a call centre, there are many more people that would line up for that job.
Apple please give your call centre training, and get rid of those who deliberately damage the brand if they are having a bad day..
