I have a Bosch washer that I love as I do all my Bosch appliances, but the drum bearing packed up and needed to be replaced. First of all I could not even get the Bosch repair agent in Newcastle to take my phone number to contact me when he is in Vryheid to even look at the machine. I looked on the Internet for the spares and according to the Bosch site you could buy the spares so I ordered the spares from Devi. This was very difficult since I sent photos and images of the spares and the serial number on the washer and after much time and effort I received the incorrect spares. A friend of mine took is back with the old bearing and asked for them to change it for the correct spare. Promptly he was informed that the plastic packet keeping the one half of the spares was opened and therefore none of the spare could be changed. I would just love to send you the emails and the images and then please, if you see it in front of you, how can you get it wrong and then blame me... no please no more Bosch for me.
