Well it took Samsung almost a week to contact me back, just to tell me that they are not willing to help me, they pointed me towards Smart Lab they are supposed to be the official Samsung Cell repair guys, so I phoned these guys and what do they tell me it will Cost me R3000 to get the glass panel replaced on my Tab 2 7" and if I am not happy with the quote then they will still charge me a R150 quote rejection fee, what the, this phone is not even worth that much. Now my initial complaint was about the Samsung Tab 2 7" having a rubbish screen now they wanna charge me almost as much as the phone is worth to replace a piece of Glass yes like window quality glass nothing special what has the world come too, I still feel that I must tell people don't waste you're time and money to buy this piece of phone Samsung Tab 2 7" is the biggest piece of ever DON'T BUY IT you will be sorry.

Please if you ever buy a big screen phone make sure its Gorilla Glass or equivalent otherwise don't bother it will break by just looking wrong at it.
