ARROGANCE IN DEALING WITH CLIENTS AFTER SALES

1. Washing machine shows F53 error. Notified Miele on Tuesday. Paid R635 to book service call out (to be followed with R130 per 30 mins once repairman is on site.) Can I get any confirmation on WHEN this person will appear? Had to call the Repair service 08600 643 53 Angela twice yesterday to get a day /time. - the call centre advised I would get call from Angela later in the morning.By 14h00 I called again, Angela says she had not yet finished her next days schedule but will call me later on Thursday but it will be on Friday (1 March )''sometime'. She never called back to confirm if they will in fact appear on Friday 1 March nor the time.

2. Renovated a property, stupidly bought a whole new Miele Hob, steam oven, oven, warm drawer, integrated Fridge/ freezer and Wine fridge. Had hiccups with the delivery to site, then hiccups with installation (Miele installer forgot to install hob), there is now issues with the Wok in Hob not operating as it should PLUS I cannot book a Miele representative to show me how the equipment works. Sales lady feels it is not part of her after sales service to me and I have to call this number and that number to get someone on site to show me.
