Dodgy debacle

I bought a Samsung R 519 laptop from Hifi Corporation Rondebosch 22 October 2009. I have lodged numerous complaints on hellopeter regarding the quality of this laptop. After a lot of aggravation, my dad bought me a brand new Samsung laptop. I wanted to restore the Samsung R 519 to its original state ie. using Samsung Recovery III that is accessible by switching on the machine and pressing F4. Anyhow this pre-installation meant as a backup should one experience problems was corrupted. I demanded that Hifi corporation fix this laptop owing to their negligence, but they moved the problem to Samsung. They now want me to take my laptop to Samsung so that one of the technicians can fix it AT MY EXPENSE because it is out of the 3 year warranty. I find this very dodgy by both Samsung and Hifi Corporation. Hifi Corporation for selling laptops knowing that there's problems and Samsung for wanting to charge me for their PROBLEM!

DISGUSTED that I had to waste petrol driving out to Hifi Corporation in Tokai and no-one knew how to fix the problem... they just wanted me to pay for their problem...
