If you want to know how to repeatedly peeve off your client, just ask SAMSUNG!! I purchased a fridge / freezer from Hirsch's with a fancy ice dispenser and crusher. Well, it would be great if I could actually get value for my money spent... this fancy gadget does not work. They were quick off the mark when the fault was logged, but that's where it ended. They made a number of promises to send out a technician and after almost a month, no one has come. They are really quite innovative with the excuses - strike in Pretoria central (which none was reported on the news) to the part is on order (what part?). To add insult to injury, this fridge is actually a replacement after they could not repair the first SAMSUNG fridge that I purchased. Maybe I should just demand my money back and purchase a reliable brand this time around!
