I've logged a call with Tafelberg furnishers on 4 Feb with regards to a faulty refrigerator. Tafelberg contact me the Tuesday to say that Samsung will contact me. On Wednesday Samsung contacted me taking down the details saying that the service agent will contact me within 24 hours. On Friday i've contact Samsung again due to no-one contacting me. Friday pm contacted Samsung again requesting that this gets resolved. Friday afternoon a telecon was scheduled between me, Samsung and the service agent. The agent repsonded that they can't make it on Friday as they're on their way back to the yard for the weekend. Pathetic!!! They promise to be there Monday morning contactng me an hour in advance. Today, Monday, i contacted Samsung again at /- 09H45 requesting what is going on. THey checked the system and say the agent will be there at 10. At 10H45 I've contacted Samsung again asking where the agent are. They tried to reash the agent and after 12 mintues I asked to speak to a manager. The agent, Timmy, kept me on the line for another 8 minutes saying that the agent will be their shortly as he is in the area. I've spend anout an hour on calls with Samsung and still has a broken fridge!!!
