I bought a Samsung 40' LCD in December 2011 for R 5000, 00. About two weeks ago my TV started showing black horizontal lines all over the screen. Samsung SA refuses to fix or have a look at the unit as its 1 month our of its warranty. Surely a product of Samsung's quality should not be breaking after only 1 year... Do Samsung design their products to break this early after its warranty expiry? I have been a HUGE fan of Samsung and have bought many of their products before. After experiencing such poor service I will never look to buy a Samsung product again. Judging by the amount of on unsatisfied clients on HelloPeter, I'm not going to be the only one...
