I google on Internet to get a supplier for batteries. A importer company Squirrel Direct with phone no: 012 6536628 and I talked to a woman whom refer me to their department for batteries. The person that I was referred to was Isaac of Umbani Solar cell no: 0839530562. He took my order for 40 x Royal 102 AH 12 Volt batteries and the address to collect : 160 Edison Crescent Hennopspark Centurion. I collect the batteries on the 2/10/2013.Two weeks after I received the batteries I experience that some of the batteries did not take any charge. I received breakdown calls from my customers and have to replace batteries. When I report this to Isaac he has excuses and not returned my calls I delivered 11 batteries back to Umbani Solar to replace but with no success. Since I replace the 11 batteries, 9 more start to take no charge. Isaac blame to say I over charge the batteries. I have 26 years electrical experience.
