Please be weary of using the services of this "service provider" who advertises his business on gumtree. I was conned and felt unsafe with the technician around who assumed that I knew nothing about Dstv installations. At first he wanted me to pay in addition to his callout fee an extra R150 for a connector that costs R9 in the stores to which I refused. After refusing to pay for a dual connection which I already had, the technician climbed into my roof and disconnected all my cabling. I have now incured additional costs but will rather suggest seeking the services of an accredited and professional company. Really disgusted and that this can happen in this day and age.
