My Samsung Galaxy S3 stopped charging, phoned Samsung call centre and they referred me to User Electronics. they are the ONLY repair centre in the WHOLE of Pretoria. i drop my phone of first thing on Saturday morning the 25th January 2014. i have not received a phone call from anyone regarding my repair. i call the office numbers (both) which just continuously rings, eventually i get hold of user electronics on Monday the 3rd of February and i am told Susan no longer works there, however they awaiting a authorisation from Bradley Chetty. i call samsung call centre and Tshepiso advises that she checked with Bradley and no e-mail was sent to him requesting authorisation. every time i call the samsung call centre they promise to get back to me. i have not received any calls from anybody since my cell has been booked in. is this the type of service samsung offers?
