Second Fridge in 1 week and still not working

I bought a Hisense fridge/freezer with a water dispensor at Makro ottery on the 26th January 2014 and it was the biggest mistake of my life.

I unpacked the fridge and followed the instructions and discovered the water dispensory drips water, i lodged the call at Makro and the very same day Hisense sent out a technition to fix the fridge which he did and then 2 days later the water didnt drip out - it streamed out and the bottle was empty within seconds.

I again lodged the complaint and after a week they just delivered the new fridge. The driver seemed abit embarresed as he said to me "all these fridges leak".

I have just turned it on and filled the bottle and low and behold-the water dispensor is dripping water AGAIN.

What a complete and utter waste of my money. Im so angry that i have been conned like this. Hisense could atleast have told us there was a fault and Makro could of stopped selling these "non functional" items
