So much for "Smart Care Service"

Bought a laptop i5 from Game, after two years, almost to the day, it literary just fell apart. Took it to their "Smart Care Service" in Constantia. Their response: Sorry, warranty is only for a year. We started covering for 3 years a month after you bought yours.
I said fine, fix it then I will pay: they said motherboard and battery are busted, I said fine..thendays later "and the hard drive too". I got a second opinion for which I paid mind you, drive is perfectly fine, I've now taken it out of the Samsung laptop and use it as an external hard drive on a Toshiba i3 that's outlasted the Samsung by 2.5 years (so far) and is still going strong.

From the day I dropped the laptop off (job number: SA87274), until 3 weeks later when I got fed up and collected it, I was the one making all the follow up calls, not once did they call me with updates. It was my problem and each time I called the response was "we are still working on it"... then after the diagnosis, it switched to "we don't know when/if we will get the parts"... so why did you sell me the thing in the first place?

I will badmouth the brand in every forum and as often as possible in return!
Not impressed AT ALL!
