Hello Peter,
AL AIR is a Air conditioning company that promises good service, this however is FAR from the truth. AL AIR quoted my company and we accepted, they then "serviced" our air- but failed to do the job correctly and the air- continued leaking over our recently cleaned carpets. I then contacted the MD of the Company who's name is David. He then cautiously assured me that someone would come out the following day to repair the unit. Which I accepted. The next day came and went without any repair man showing up, even after trying to call David 3 times on his cell phone. (which he ignored). There was no feedback whatsoever.
David then called me at 10:45 this morning with a rather aggressive attitude. And at the end of the call told me that I must do what I want and that he "DOES NOT NEED PEOPLE LIKE US". His attitude reflects the service his company provides.
