I bought a Samsung ativ laptop. Within a week one of the keys fell off the keyboard. The supplier exchanged it. 12 days after the 6 month warranty expired, the laptop started not responding and giving me other problems. I send it to Samsung Port Elizabeth. They wiped my laptop without informing me, resulting in the loss of all my documents, emails etc. They then also uninstalled my office 365 and told me that this (2013 model) laptop doesn't seem to work on office 365!! and I should install office 2007. After receiving it back, someone at Samsung installed Skype and knows what else on my laptop an I kept getting Skype calls from persons unknown. The laptop was also full of adware.
Meaningless to say it still didn't work as it should. I gave it to a colleague to work on and had to try and explain in my embarrassment the weird pop up ads and persistent Skype calls.
I returned it to Samsung, asked them to fix it but also give me a written report on what the problem is, why Skype and other programs with users was installed on my laptop and why they wiped my laptop without consulting me. The answer was: I'm sorry.
At the moment it still doesn't run 365 and some keys doesn't work
