OVHD decoder plus installation voucher was bought from Game, 29 Jan 2014. All the necessary details were registered with Elsat (Ellies)(0861101099 op 4) for dish installation. I was informed that I will be contacted within 3 days No response by 3 Feb I phoned Elsat and was told to phone the installation technician. He said he was not aware of the installation & will see me @ 16h00. Elsat also advised my registration did not work and she also confirmed the 16h00 appointment. He started installing @ 16h00 and had signal problems. He said he will be back on 4 Feb to move the dish & drill more holes. I phoned him to confirm the appointment, he said he will come. He never pitched up I found out he works from Springs and I live in Heidelberg (G). They should use local installers. Elsat and the technician do not follow up on their clients. I have to do all the phoning and follow ups. It is now a week after purchasing the decoder without any viewing. I would want Elsat to take their dish repair the holes in the wall and refund me the installation amount so that I can use my local installer, who is efficient, reliable and competent.
