Bought phone 16/12/2013. 2 weeks later, broken. Booked in at Menlyn Vodacare 5/01/2014. Got back 20/01/2014, still not working. Went to Samsung repair shop in Garsfontein Pta on 21/01/2014, the lady ran two software scrips and said the mainboard is damaged and my phone needs to be replaced. I was on my way to PE. She said she would speak to PE to replace my phone for I was in a hurry. Got to PE nobody knew of it. Andrew said it would take 2 weeks to replace, he had a mainboard, 24 hrs to replace. This was Thursday.By Tuesday I went to the shop and demanded them to give my phone because I was leaving for Pta the next day. They gave me the phone, mainboard was replaced but the IMEI system was not updated. There system has been down for 2 weeks. My husband and son took the phone back to Samsung in Garsfontein on 30/01/2014 for IMEI update. As he entered the shop he told the lady he was g@tvol with the phone. The owner came from the back and told my husband not to come with his attitude and F@koff out of his shop. His son pushed my son into the car and told them to leave. They took the phone to Menlyn Vodacare for IMEI upload. Got back 31/01/2014, not working. Still no phone!!!
