Poor repairing service

It has been more than one week to repair my Samsung galaxy s4, they keep telling me they don't have parts!! what I don't understand is that Samsung is a world class business that repairs and services Samsung products at Constantia square. How do they run out of stock for parts to repair phones, they should always be ahead of stock on a daily basis!! their stock taker should be fired. if I take my car to get serviced I expect it back with 2 days max, because I rely on it, just as much as I rely on my phone for business and pleasure, people don't just have spare phones lying around!! if Samsung say they the leaders in technology they must jack up their maintenance department, because waiting for over a week is pathetic, and still being told it could take 2 or 3 weeks
