I had a big function on at my house on Sunday 2 Feb 2014. I especially arranged for Miele to service my built-in coffee machine beforehand as the frothing mechanism was not working. The service was due on Friday 31 Jan. When I arrived home on Friday evening I found they had not arrived. It was too late to call so I called on Sat morning. I was informed that the service department is totally out of reach over the weekend and they could only help me on Monday. I asked for the Service Manager and was told he is also not available and that there was nothing I could do to get my coffee machine sorted.
What terrible customer service!
