Galaxy S3 not yet returned 8 weeks after repaired

I bought my Galaxy S3 in November 2013. About 3 days after I bought it I dropped the phone and the screen cracked very badly. I took the phone in to the Samsung shop in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria to be repaired. The person I spoke to informed me that the phone will take no longer than 3 weeks to be repaired. About the 10th of December a lady from the repair center in Boksburg phoned me and said that the phone is repaired and ready for collection. I informed her that I didn't take the phone to them but to the Samsung shop in Brooklyn mall. She said okay she can see that and they will send it back to the shop in Brooklyn and that I will have it in a day or two. I didn't hear anything. I went away for the Christmas holiday. All this time I was trying to phone the Samsung shop but the phone will just ring and ring. So in January I decided to go to the shop and talk to them. They looked in their file and said they would follow up on it and phone me that same day. A week later no phone call, them not answering their phones, I went back. They again said they will follow up and come back to me. Again a week later I went to the shop, still nothing. I am still waiting for my phone. BAD SAMSUNG
