Try phoning their spares department you get a phone that just rings. When you do get a hold of the spares department they say that they will get back to you. I have been trying to get a proforma invoice for one month now. When they promise to send it nothing happens. I checked my spam filter nothing in there. You know what, i dont think Hisense has spares for their products. If they do have spares they keep them for their own under guarantee repairs. Instead of coming out and telling you that they do not want to supply parts to the service industry they dont man up and say so they just give you the run around. I have been in the service industry for 17 years now and it's the first time i get stuffed around like this. I am so frustrated. People, if you buy Hisense brand remember one thing you can throw away the product if the guarantee expires because it's real tough to get parts out of them. Buy other brand names, perhaps you have better luck. There used to be a policy that spares for items imported should be made available for 5 years, now try to see wether the government enforces that policy. Hisense not alright.
