My cellular contract was up for renewal. As a regular mountain-biker, I became convinced that the best cellphone for my purposes would be a Galaxy S4 Active. It has high levels of resistance to moisture and dust (can even be carefully used to photograph and film under water). After many unsuccessful attempts to obtain this device on contract with my current service provider, I contacted Samsung directly. Accounts Manager Kerryn Meijer of Samsung Sales & Marketing, fully understood why this device was perfect for me, and did all she could to ensure that it was provided.
