10th December 2012 Payment in full was made for a MT-40 Laser Machine. After the 6 week waiting period most of you were told about, I too have emailed and rang their numbers but no response until today. Stephanie has since left Perfect laser and now I read from your threads that she was replaced with Letita. I have contacted both Capitec Bank in SA warning them about their customer as well as my Bank here in Botswana and the Consumer Watchdog of Botswana. I will be demanding a full refund. Warwick wrote an email to me today after weeks, saying he will contact me tomorrow, Wednesday 5 February 2013. I wonder if I will recieve the same response as all of you? I called up Mr. Kruger to get his side of the story and its a shame we have to deal with this collectively.
