I have had a wrong item delivered to me via the [URL Removed] website. I contacted them first on 23 December 2013 and again on 6 January 2014 via their website response form and have had no response. There is no contact number or address on their website so there is no other way to contact them apart from through some third party query system. Is that even legal?
