The Samsung Y pocket was taken to SmartLab as requested. They also just did a Firmware update, just like Cell C. We requested them to keep the phone for 7-10 days and test the phone on a Cell C sim card for that week. The phone was returned, and the problem is exactly the same.

I have to restart the phone up to THREE times a daily in order to refresh the connection as there is no internet or Whattsapp function after 2 - 3 hours after switching the phone on.

This has been going on for a whole year now. This is REALLY unacceptable and ridiculous. Smart Lab just say 'Sorry, please bring the phone back for further testing'. The phone has been in repairs for a total of about ((21days x 3) (1 x 14 days)= 67 days

The phone went in THREE times to Cell C's Service centre, it went once to Smart Lab. The phone was purchased a year ago. Is this the quality that Samsung is willing to be associated with?!

What is Samsung going to do about it?!
