I bought a DSTV Explora from Makro on the 20/01/2014 and as per the original purchase agreement the installation would have taken place 2-3 days afterwards. Until today I was not contacted by neither Makro nor Blingstallation for the installation of the agreed product. When I called Blingstallation today to find out when the installation will happen the receptionist informed me that she would call me back with the installation info before 5. It is now 6:32 still no call. Sometime after my call to Blingsatllation I received a sms confirming the installation date on the 30/01/2014, thats 7 days after the agreed date for the installation? I feel that the original agreement of purchase was broken and would have bought the device elsewhere if I had known that it would have taken that long.
