My Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 froze on me and as it was still under warranty I took it to the Samsung store in Century City. After being told it was being looked at for several days I was told it needed a new mother board. It would be five working days to send it away to be done. Three months later they finally agreed to replace my unit. My PA went to shop to collect only to be told we needed original cable. We returned with cable - only to be told that they needed the original box and the headphones. Luckily, we had them and my PA returned only to now be told that the cable, although it was now obsolete was damaged and we would have to buy a new cable. To cap it all off, even though I returned the headphones, the new model does not have any headphones with it and it looks as if I will have to purchase separately. Apart from the appalling service the attitude of the staff at this store is nothing short of a disgrace, in particular they never phone you back when promised. Won't be getting Samsung again and my colleagues all feel the same way.
