I bought a new Samsung Series 7 TV on 14 December 2012. The TV stopped scanning for wireless networks within 2 weeks. I logged a call with Samsung online to have the TV fixed. Samsung dispatched someone from Pretoria Appliance & TV in PTA West to collect the TV for service on 22 January 2013.
It took them 2 weeks to bring the TV back on 4 February 2013 with the SAME problem it had. Nothing was fixed. The TV still cannot scan wireless networks. I feel like a fool because maybe Pretoria Appliance & TV thinks I do not know what was wrong with the TV.
This is the worst service I have ever had. It utterly destroyed my passion for Samsung products.
