I took a samsung s3 in for repairs all that was wrong with the phone was a cracked screen just the glass. 2 of there guys looked at it and said that its only the glass that is broken and that it would cost 950 to repair.
After a days wait the phone was given back to me and a small black dot was on the bottom of the screen.
We took it back because the dot started to grow over half of the screen, the technician there told me that its only glue that still needs to dry and if it does not go away I must come back next week. a week later and even worse than before I took it back and the guy there told me that when he heated up the screen to remove the broken glass he damaged the lcd part of the screen and now expects me to pay 600 again to fix something he broke in the first place.
